Takiya Cenci, a junior at Clovis North High, won the 200 meters in a wind-aided 24.03, prevailed in the 400 in 54.36 and contributed to victory in the 4x400-meter relay in 3:52.45 for the Broncos at the CIF Central Section North Area Championships at Clovis East High in Clovis, California. Cenci also helped Clovis North place second in the 4x100 relay in 47.70, as she advanced in all four events for the Central Section Championships on June 19 at Veterans Memorial Stadium at Buchanan High, also in Clovis.
